  Me, Wolfgang, a creative retired german carpenter and constructor, live on an eco-finca in the valley of Mogan in the south of Gran Canaria.
  The finca is about 10 km from the sea. I am living on Gran Canaria since 2005 and bought the finca in 2020.
  
  I don't drink alcohol or take drugs. You can drink a beer ore a glas of wine, when you are outside, but here in the finca and house I expect the same from you. I host only single travellers, no cuples. Also not people with pets.
  I am christian and go into building up a christian retreat house for interested people.
  
  The project and work is the construction and maintenance of an ecologically operated finca with vegetable cultivation and avocado, mango, banana and other tropical fruit trees. The finca has about 3500 m².
  
  There are old buildings on othe finca that currently must be renovated.
  
  Also I am running a tiny hostel with three beds, so the cleaning etc.
  
  Ich, Wolfgang, ein kreativer deutscher Tischler und Bautechniker im Ruhestand, lebe auf einer Öko-Finca im Tal von Mogan im Süden Gran Canarias.
  Dir Finca ist ca. 10 km vom Meer entfernt. Ich lebe seit 2005 auf Gran Canaria und habe die Finca 2020 gekauft.
  
  Ich trinke keinen Alkohol und nehme keine Drogen. Du kannst ein Bier oder ein Glas Wein trinken, wenn Du draußen bist, aber hier auf der Finca und im Haus erwarte ich das selbe auch von Dir. Ich nehme nur Einzelreisende auf, keine Paare. Auch keine Leute mit Haustieren.
  Ich bin Christ und möchte gern ein Retraite-Haus für Interessierte Leute aufbauen.
  
  Das Projekt und die Arbeit ist der Aufbau und Pflege einer ökologisch betriebene Finca mit Gemüseanbau und Avocado-, Mango-, Bananen- und anderen tropischen Obstbäumen. Die Finca hat ca. 3500 m².
  
  Auf der Finca stehen alte Gebäude, die gerade renoviert werden.
  
  Auch betreibe ich ein Mini-Hostel mit drei Betten, dort muss gereinigt werden etc..

  We live in a small Canarian village. The people here are very friendly. It is mainly spoken in Spanish. You can improve your language skills and get to know the local way of life. Life is a little more relaxed here.
  
  Wir leben in einem kleinen kanarischen Dorf. Die Leute hier sind sehr freundlich. Es wird hauptsächlich spanisch gesprochen. Du kannst Deine Sprachkenntnisse erweitern und die hiesige Lebensart kennenlernen. Das Leben verläuft hier etwas gelassener.

  Gardening: caring for and harvesting trees; planting, tending and harvesting vegetables; Remove weeds; take care of chickens.
  Enjoyment and skill in manual work: Help with construction work and renovation.
  Housework: Coking, cleaning, organizing.
  And we still have so many projects in mind: extend solar-panel-instalation, water-system from our dwell for farm and house, waste-water-recycling, drying and manufactoring of fruits, vegetables and medicinal herbs.
  We work from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m
  
  Gartenarbeit: Bäume pflegen und ernten; Gemüse pflanzen, pflegen und ernten; Unkraut entfernen; Hühner versorgen.
  Freude und Geschick am handwerklichen Arbeiten: Hilfe bei Bauarbeit und Renovierung.
  Haushalt führen: Kochen, saubermachen, organisieren.
  Und wir haben noch so viele Projekte im Kopf: Solar-Anlage erweitern, Wasserversorgung von unserem Brunnen für Landwirtschaft und Haus, Abwasser-Recycling, Trocknung und Verarbeitung von Obst, Gemüse und Heilkräutern.
  Wir arbeiten von Montag bis Freitag von 8.00 bis 13.00 Uhr.

  I am a professional carpenter and constructor. I had had a carpentry and building company and I am able to teach it.

  Alojamiento

  There is a four bed room with two bunkbeds for the men. For wimen there is a two bed room with one bunkbed. There is one common bath room with a shower. We have a kitchen, a living room area with a dining table and a sofa, and a terrace. Everything is usable, just not completely renovated.
  
  Meals and food is provided throughout the week, also on weekends. From Monday to Friday we usually have together breakfast before 8.00, lunch at arround 13.00 / 13.30 and dinner as everybody like. When there is no "chef", everybody helps to prepare the meals. On weekends we dont have a fixed meal timetable. Sometimes we have separate meals, sometimes cooking together, or you can simple help yourself, depending on the situation.
  
  Es gibt ein Vierbettzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten für Männer. Für Frauen gibt es ein Zweibettzimmer mit einem Etagenbett. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Wie haben eine Küche, einen Wohnzimmerbereich mit Esstisch und Sofa, und Terrasse. Es ist alles gut nutzbar, nur eben noch nicht ganz fertig renoviert.
  
  Essen und Verpflegung stellen wir Dir die ganze Woche zur Verfügung, auch am Wochenende. Von Montag bis Freitag machen wir normalerweise gemeinsam Frühstück vor 8.00, Mittagessen um 13.00 /13.30 und Abendbrot wie jeder will. Wenn wir keinen Koch haben, hilft jeder bei beim Vorbereiten mit. Am Wochenende haben wir keine festen Essenszeiten. Manchmal Essen wir gemeinsam, manchmal getrennt, oder Du machst Dir einfach selbst etwas, je nach Situation.

  There are some sights and you can experience beautiful hikes. But the tourist centres with their beaches are also easily accessible. There is a bus connection every hour.
  
  Es gibt einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, und man kann schöne Wanderungen erleben. Aber auch die touristischen Zentren mit ihren Stränden sind gut erreichbar. Es gibt eine Busverbindung alle Stunde.
