I am a happy individual in the midst of lush nature in the hills of Tuscany. I have a private room for you or, sometimes, a small hut with own wood fired oven, mini kitchen and en-suite bathroom.
I am easy going, laid back, highly motivated and powerful, yet calm and grounding in energy.
Endless woods surround us, boars, deers and many other beings share those woods with us. Our private land is huge, there’s lots of quiet, breathtaking nights skies, a trampoline, during the summer a pool, that may be used sometimes.
We need help mainly with the garden, some DIYs, repairs on the hut and in and around the house.

You can enjoy beautiful Tuscany and at the same time feel like off the grid. We are far from any neighbors or cities, we do have running water from our own source and solar energy (we also are connected to mainstream/grid electricity which we don’t use often).
The feeling up here is still like you’re in the middle of nowhere. For anyone who seeks pure nature, breathtaking night skies, sunrise and sunset views without any sign of a city, quiet and calm, a good night’s sleep and detox will love this place. Language exchange is welcome, we speak English, German, Greek and yet to be improved Italian, Polish and French
Learn how to cook Italian meals or easy and yummy vegan cuisine or how to built and repair stuff, if you don’t know that yet :)
Happy to share views on sustainability, a fulfilled and happy life and to share insights about how to fully come back to one self.
Ayuda
In general and for the upcoming season I invite individuals and couples or friends to spend time here, connect with the land and give a helping hand, where needed, or inspiration to this place. There’s always something to do
- preparing meals
- in the 5000 sqm garden (over 60 roses, Orleander and other beings, pool in the Summer until October 1st , four big terraces, watering systems and more)
- woodwork (both: building and/or making fire wood),
- some repairs around the house and
- maintenance stuff (decoration, washing, hanging, folding, cleaning) or
- technical stuff (pool pumps, watering system and others) .
I don’t like to force anything so we would feel into what suits you best.

Please note that we expect everyone to keep spaces used by then clean and tidy and this is not part of the working hours ;)

- a mini hut with wood fired oven, mini kitchen and en suite bathroom with shower and toilet, double bed
Food/ingredients , that you can prepare yourself (with other workaways) will be provided.

We pick you up in Poppi, that is the closest station.
There are many things to do in Tuscany, wine tour, long beautiful hikes, waterfalls, visit sanctuary la Verna and its beautiful woods and views, making your own pizza and pasta and much more.

Working with them was a true gift, both, when they completed tasks on their own and in community as well. if you get the chance to welcome them I highly recommend to go for it.
Thekli and Mevanya welcomed us very warmly.
We had our own bedroom space in this gorgeous area.
We worked in their beautiful garden and kitchen (various chores around the house).
During our free time, we could visit the surrounding countryside and we even went to the closest charming town Poppi.
