  Are you passionate about the sea and are you looking for a unique experience? As a luxury boat captain, I am looking for enthusiastic helpers to help with finding clients, organizing and assisting outings on the beautiful sea of ​​Palma de Mallorca.
  
  We offer a chalet in the city center for all helpers to live in. You will be part of a committed team, collaborating in the promotion of our outings, interacting with potential clients and contributing to offering exceptional experiences at sea aboard our luxury boat.
  
  You will live in a chalet in a prime location while you immerse yourself in the exciting opportunity to be part of our sailing team.

  If you like the sea, this experience will allow you to learn about navigation by helping the captain of the boat. You will also have the opportunity to practice water sports such as wakeboarding, water skiing, e-foil. Also you you will enjoy diving using our sea schooter. On the other hand, in our house you can exchange ideas, languages ​​and more with the rest of the helpers in the different events that we hold at the house such as barbecues, dinners, etc... The voluntiers will have the same free days 3 per week to do activities arround the island all toghether using our 7 pax van.
  
  You will also be financially compensated for your services so that your stay is not only free but you can also save some money.

  We are looking for helpers with persuasive skills to help us find clients interested in sharing an exciting boat trip and enjoying all the activities we offer!
  
  Our main need is simple: we are seeking individuals who can convince others to join us in experiencing an unforgettable time at sea. As a helper, your main task will be to use your persuasive skills to find clients willing to participate in our boat trips, where they can enjoy a day filled with fun and water adventures alongside you and the boat captain, with a total of 13 people per outing.
  
  We value individuals with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. No prior experience is required; you just need to have the ability to persuade others and a passion for sharing exciting moments on the water!

  Alojamiento

  The helpers stay in one of the rooms of this huge chalet. The room has a huge private terrace and air conditioning. Apart from that in the house we have three other terraces and 3 more rooms where some of the captains and more helpers stay. There is a womans room. The house has a huge jakuzzy on the main terrace, barbecue and a very good crowd of young people. Helpers have one Xiaomi Pro electric schotter to move around the city the van for the volunteers 7 pax that they can use if they have a driver's license and olso a unlimited card to travel with the public transport will be provided to each of the voluntiers.
  
  The boat with one we works is located in Puerto Portals, is the best port of Mallorca and is just 18 minutes from our house.
  
  Rudder if we do some barbecueall toguether the company will pay the food. Also the drinks and the food at the boat is included but the normal day food at home is not included.
