I spent 10 days in Oostkamp. Mia is an open- minded friendly person, flexible with the tasks. During my stay we cleaned up the garage, and the kitchen, reorganised the storage. I also helped with general household chores, and cooked, baked as well. We shared nice meals and chats. Mia showed me the city center, we went together to the market, and

Happy to have the first workaway experience in Mia's house :)
I planned to stay for 3 weeks but spent few great months in good and warm company.
Every day was like a new adventure. Mia always can find interesting and not hard task.

Great first workaway experience.
I thought I would stay 5 days and I left 3 weeks after, I felt very comfortable.
The work is polyvalent, some basical DIY and gardening skills could be usefull for some tasks but it was a pleasure to work in the garden.
I only regret to have not spend more time with Mia who is really adorable.

I only stayed for 2.5 weeks at Mia's home, but I felt very welcomed! There were various tasks like weeding, collecting fruits or cleaning the kitchen, with the times being flexible. I also helped some with Mia's computer, and I think it was good practicing English with me :) In return I got everything I needed and more: I had my own room, and

She was very accommodating, and she introduced me to her friends, and even though I don't speak Flemish they were all very friendly to me!
