Join Us as a Business Teacher at Our Leadership Center in Rural Honduras

Our organization operates a transformative leadership center in rural Honduras, dedicated to educating classes of 25-30 young women annually over a two-year program. Our mission is to empower these future leaders to return to their communities as catalysts for economic and ethical progress.

Located amidst the mountains, our campus boasts a scenic backdrop with a river to the north and bordered by a coffee farm to the west and south. We cultivate large vegetable gardens and maintain livestock including chickens, pigs, goats, and cows. Additionally, our hydroponics ecosystem supports tilapia and water spinach, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable agriculture and teaching students about healthy nutrition.

During their tenure, students engage in English language studies, leadership training, community development initiatives, and entrepreneurship courses. They are encouraged to apply their learning by launching businesses with the support of micro-finance loans upon graduation. Some students pursue careers in local government, non-profit leadership, or school administration, while others strive to become the first in their families to attend university.

We are seeking a dedicated Business Teacher to mentor and assist our students in developing robust business plans that will empower them to succeed as entrepreneurs in their communities.

    Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate business plan development workshops and classes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students as they embark on their entrepreneurial journeys.
Collaborate with our team to integrate business education into our holistic curriculum.
    Why Join Us:

Make a tangible impact on individual lives and community development in rural Honduras.
Experience cultural immersion in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Contribute to sustainable agriculture and ethical business practices.
    Apply Today:
If you are passionate about teaching business skills and empowering young women to drive positive change, we invite you to join our mission. Together, we can transform aspirations into tangible outcomes, fostering lasting change on both a local and national scale.
