  Come and join us at our organic farm in the Sabina countryside in Lazio, 50km from Rome (easy to get here by train). Our project involves many things, all connected to Nature and art, We'll need some help on the way, with diverse things like pathways, steps, planting, harvesting, gardening, clearing, building, decorating... in a nice, flexible and relaxing atmosphere.
  Here at the farm we'll run workshops on art, natural health and natural agriculture - and make natural remedies, grow our gardens with natural agriculture methods, but also wildcrafts.
  We have many beautiful olive trees and old vine yards, so we'll make olive oil and wine (in Sept-Oct) for home use. Most of our activities are for the non-profit organisation project Meletao.
  We are willing to share our knowledge in exchange for some help on the farm and project activities.
  We have cats, a dog and a donkey...
  The area is amazing, with small old villages on the hilltops, and with the Farfa river (walking distance) where to have refreshing baths and hike in the Summer.
  We are in the adventure of fixing the spaces and planting the land with biodiversity ...

  Sabina is full of cultural events, art, places to discover and things to learn. Sure it is not boring!
  I have different cultural background and has always been curious to learn new things from all over the world, so I ll be happy to have your experience shared here!

  Ayuda

  It would be so wonderful to have some help with some of the rebuilding/clearing/fixing (not complex stuff), pathways/steps; planting herbs and veggie gardens; preparing the trees and vines for the olive and grape harvest which is for our farm use, (and you can have some to bring home with you); harvest of medicinal plants, olives or grapes; pet sitting; and what ever the project takes us.
  I am happy to share skills (specially herbal knowledge), and learn new things, work together but also just relax and enjoy the various things happening around here. It is a creative environment, art is welcomed!

  Alojamiento

  There are different accommodation solution at our farm.
  We have a room available that can be private or shared (1-3 pers.).
  Or a large course space that can be used as shared sleeping space.
  Or beautiful tent space by the olive trees.
  Bed lining, towels, tent is available if needed.
  There is a separate toilet cabin that can be used.
  Internet connection is available.
  
  We are offering food from the veggie garden and local food mainly, I m not a great cooker, so if you like to cook your welcomed, we could join meals or separate as we all wish.

  There are trains from and to Rome every 30mins from the bigger village (20mins from here). We can pick up at the station.
  There are some busses, a few km's from the farm, but mostly car or walking is needed.
