We are part of a beautiful estate on the banks of the river Avon. As well as an opportunity to enjoy the nature and history of the area. Our team also build tiny homes and educational projects.

If you are interested in joining us in 2022 please get in touch. We offer initial month long stays to work alongside our resident team.
The work is varied but is usually working in the community market garden, site maintenance, green building. Supporting community events, educational workshops or cultural activities.
The site is beautifully simple, we have a field kitchen, with gas oven and hob. A cob walled round house, with reciprocating roof as our community shelter. A compost toilet, communal washing machine and shower is provided. Sleeping accommodation is shared yurts, caravan or camping depending on the season. For comfortable harvesting we have a veg shack to shelter us from the weather.
Expect no luxuries- expect to live on the land, from the land and in rhythm with the season. This way of life is not for everyone, it may be for you and if so we're really happy to welcome you!
We ask that you join in with team activities for a minimum of 3.5 days out of 7. On top of this you will be share responsibility for maintaining our life systems and the space. The area has some great walks and a few historic towns close by.
If you have vegetable growing experience and are curious about becoming a permanent member of a project like ours we have a paid growing role available:
You may have friends or family that you would like to invite from time to time. You can welcome them by using the caravan park on the estate (by booking directly through the caravan park if spaces are available). If you would like any friend or family members to join the CSA please ask that they contact us separately. We'll then send them the registration form.
