Descripción
We are a country house located in Parrano, in Umbria. All our staff lives here, as in a community. Our cuisine is vegetarian and most of the products we cook come from our organic vegetable garden.

We are in a Biosphere Natural Reserve Unesco 2018, with over 60 hectares of land and forest that surrounds us. You can meet many people because our staff and our customers are people from all over the world.
It is a unique place where the helpers can also spend a relaxing and regenerating time, away from the noises of everyday life.
It is a Contemporary Monastery, with a natural lifestyle.
In addition, there are so many people, most solo travelers, from all around the world that it could be a real "cultural exchange"; they could improve their communicative skills and have constructive dialogues.
Help so as guests do, spend a lot of time together talking, walking and eating!!! As per we are a community, every moment that matters is lived in a very inclusive way!
We do not need workawayers:
- who consider their host only as a dispensing machine or a taxi driver;
- who after eating get up from the table and go away without even saying goodbye: community life is very important;
- who pay no heed to schedules and think the house is a bar or restaurant where people can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner whenever they want;
- who are interest only in their mobile phones during working hours or meals: we are in a digital detox place so you are asked to use your cell phone as little as possible.
We offer free accommodation and a salary based on your worked hours.
Hours expected: Either 5 or 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, the days off will be midweek.El anfitrión ofrece una paga acorde al salario mínimo

The help we need varies a lot during the year, especially to take care of our organic vegetable garden and the aromatic herbs, to the help in our refectory, with table service and cleaning.

We'll give you one of our "celluzze" rooms with a French-size bed, not large rooms, completely renovated, reflecting the canons of the ancient monastic culture. You'll have your private bathroom inside the room.

There are many walks in the woods that can be done from here. There is also the possibility of swimming in a little waterfall near here or at the Chiani river.
