  Hello!
  
  This is Nacho, founder, a recently renewed hostel located in the heart of the national surf capital, Pichilemu, oriented to both, national and international tourists.
  
  We are looking for lively enthusiastic friendly staff to mingle with the guests and create a great warm vibe whilst helping on daily tasks. Depending on the season you will share with 3 to 6 other volunteers and permanent staff members between 2-3.
  
  We've been riding the waves of awesomeness for six whole years at our chill central located hostel! 🌊 Running this place has been one wild ride – full of highs, lows, and everything in between.
  
  Our hostel isn't just a spot on the map; our hope is to make it a vibe, a community, and a place where memories are made.
  
  We want YOU to jump on board! Whether you're quite person, motivation booster, or just spreading good vibes, there's a spot for you in our crew. We're not looking for suits; we're after folks who share our passion for making people feel comfortable and creating a vibe that everybody wants to be a part of.

  Pichilemu is a small town, so you can get to meet a lot of local people, and tourist as well.
  Try local food as seafood or tipycal chilean dishes.
  If you are interested on learning or practice surf, we have a deal to rent with a special price with 2 surfschools, in Pichilemu and Punta de lobos.

  Ayuda

  Main duties are reception, cleaning and general maintainance
  
  - For reception shift, good spanish level is required. From 15.00 to 20.00hr.
  
  - Cleaning hand, common areas and rooms. From 10.00 to 15.00hr.
  (If everything is done before the working hours, no need to stay full shift)
  
  Weekly schedule is flexible and you can alternate between shifts and duties.
  
  We ask for 25hrs a week distributed as described before, so 2 full days off.
  
  Depending on the season you will share with 3 to 6 other volunteers and permanent staff members.
  
  In exchange:
  - Stay in a 2 single beds room (1 room with a double bed for couples)
  - Full equiped kitchen, staff only.
  - Laundry 1/week
  - Discount in surf rental (equipment and lessons)
  - Breakfast

  We provide a room with 2 single beds, private bathroom, and a small storage room to keep your stuff.

  We are 10 meters away from the main street (close to everything you could need) and 3 blocks away from beach. 10 minutes by car from Punta de Lobos (most important surf spot in Chile).

  We have free wifi in almost every spot in the hostel. If you need any space where you can feel confortable, no problem setting something up.
