My name is Kajsa and Im Dutch & Swedish, doing my master online in ecology and conservation biology. Bought a old olivefarm with a ruin 2 years ago (altough I have been away for more then 1 year since ) I am now working hard to transform the land into a preferred shape, and I could need some help! I love nature, I am quite energetic, I enjoy arts, good flavours, fresh fruits, you know these things we all enjoy! My inspiration is to learn how to live the best ways with nature.

Ideas, cultural experience, learn about nature (we can learn endlessly about it), how to set up your own off grid systems, how to start and what to think about and get, how to find water, how to plan landscapes, learn by experience instead of by book, and a introduction to our sweet commun, language exchange (Dutch, Swedish, English, Portuguese) I also enjoy art, like to play boardgames and learn about nature in general!

I am a ecologist trying to practice what I learn, and I learn all around every day, so we will learn a lot together about plants, communities, ecosystems, landscapes, how to be human in a forest and how to steward a post-disturbance site with loads of cultural legacies imprinted in the landscape. How to prune different trees, how to make pretty gates, shadingstrcutures, build a stairway and thing like this. I will show you around my friends little secret spots in the valleys, what they do, what they are about and how they live, the rivers we swim in, the markets, parties, workshops and other happenings! We are a lovely little commun in de Serra da Estrella. Bem vinda!
