  Hello! I'm (Nkalamo) the Director of the Organisation (NGO) our head office is located in Arusha Tanzania(East Africa).
  We are dealing with talented children and teenagers, those lives in desperate and precarious environment, by recognize their gifts and build them in three main aspects, the first is to make assurance of good parenting, protection, and guidance so they be safe, and their behaviour and characters become friendly and useful to the society, another area is to empower their gifts and talents, and last is to create good environment for the quality education. Due to that we are running a Day Care Centre and Sports Academy Located in Moshi Kilimanjaro and Arusha region, so that can be easy to help them successfully. We also have a Secondary Education Centre where we teach those who failed to proceed with secondary education for some reasons, like girls who quit school because of early pregnancy, others stop because of family issues, and those who didn't pass their examinations, we help them by giving the opportunity they lost so they can meet their dreams.
  Together with that we also arranging talent festival for the kids and youth and seminars for parents.
  By now we have seven employees, one manager, three teachers, two football coach, and one cook.

  When you join to our family you will be excited to learn our Tanzanian maasai culture in Arusha and chaga culture in moshi (mount kilimanjaro), also getting chance to learn swahili as our national language, together with that you will be able to arrange for safari to visit our national parks including Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Manyara and Coast of zanzibar, we will enjoy to teach you how to cook our local food like ugali, makande, chapati, and cooked banana, and so many others

  We need support in teaching/ coaching football skills.
  
  We need help in getting appropriate equipments, tools, and materials for football training and practice.
  
  We are in need of computers for the training of kids and teenagers.
  
  We also need Montessori teaching and games for kids under 5 years
  
  We are looking for volunteers with knowledge or experience of doing fundraising online as well as managing our social medias.

  We will provide a nice house to stay with full accommodation and security. As a part of learning and exchange cultures the food will be home made.

  Our country is a safe land to stay with good climatic condition. Is our character to love visitors and sharing lifetime together. We as gift for life family we love to spend time with childrean playing games ,singing,dancing and having fan, but also we like to learn new ideas about life and new skills. Tanzanian people like to protect their norms and culture of the country. Also they like to receive ideas from others as the way of solving their problems.

  The parking of the house can only carry two small cars.. but also we have enough space for parking in our office which can take more than 3 medium size van.
