  Hello! I am a school administrator living in Ottawa, Canada. I have hosted international students for 15 years and am looking at other opportunities. A friend I met through Home Exchange introduced me to workaway and I am excited to be involved and meet some wonderful people.

  I speak French and English fluently and can help with these languages. I have lived in Ottawa for many years and can help to show you the sights and beautiful surroundings. I am a birder and the area behind the home and forests nearby are fantastic for bird watching. I also have an inflatable kayak that can be used to explore nearby waterways. If you are an educator, I have years of experience in Ontario education and special education.

  I am looking for help with the installation of laminate flooring in my basement area, creating a fireplace surround/mantel, and roofing updates. I would also appreciate help with dog sitting, house cleaning, and some small gardening projects. I am also learning Spanish.

  I have a fully furnished room and shared bathroom. Both are beautifully updated. Common areas such as the kitchen and family room are yours to enjoy. My home is quiet and peaceful. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from home and will allow access to the city and surroundings. High speed internet is included.

  There are so many nature trails and fields nearby. We are at the edge of the country and city. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises can be enjoyed on the deck. At night, enjoy the fireflies and then get good view of the constellations and moon on clear nights. Ottawa has so much to offer and the home is only 20 minutes from downtown.
