  15 minutes on walk to Atalar Marmaray.
  You can go to the European side in one metro Marmaray and visit the historical peninsula. There is Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern in the historical peninsula.
  Walking distance.
  20 minutes walking distance to the courthouse hospital M4 Sabiha Gökçen - Kadıköy metro.
  20 minutes walking distance to Maltepe beach.
  5 minutes by car. 10 minutes by bike.
  There is unlimited fiber internet in the house.
  There is a little view of Büyükada and the sea in the balcony, bathroom and room.
  Most of the furniture is Ikea and Yeni.
  There are all cooking appliances in the kitchen.
  You can cook and use the washing machine.
  You can check the availability for free transfer by car from the airport. Thanks.

  You can have your own room or sofa in the living room (ikea very comfortable) according to my guests.
  You can use kitchen.
  I don't cook for everybody so you can shop and cook yourself.
  Of course we can cook together traditional food sometimes.
  I do not provide food or beverages.
  I can only offer free accomodaton in a very nice cosy flat with limitless fast fiber internet.
