Help with manor restoration project and baby sitting on the beach in Latvia

  We are a family of 5 - me, my husband and our 3 kids (4,5 and 10 y.o), living in a small town by the Baltic sea. Are in the middle of renovating 130 year old house, just moved in ourselves at the one end of the house, but need a lot of help to make the yard and enjoyable place, while the renovations still are ongoing. Looking for help with the housework and babysitting ( school holidays are June 1st - Aug 30est) and house renovations ( all sorts of jobs, light, hard and also for beginners).

  We are well-traveled, multi-lingual family. I myself have lived abroad for more than 10 years, we are experienced Couchsurfers.

  We are looking for an au-pair predominantly to help with the little boys, while I do some house work or take some hours off. Also we are looking for people to help us with our new property, to do the final clean up, before we can move in after the renovations.

  Depending on the length of your stay and the amount of people, we have various options - a separate guest house at my mom's place nearby, a room at our new home, a tent in our garden, or a scenic location for your van/trailer.

  Our property is 70km from Riga, there is good public transport connection with Riga and other cities, summertime is filled with activities. We have 2 national parks near by, the beach is100m from our house. We live between the two properties ( my mom lives 8km away, my dad 2km, so there Is always a healthy communication between).
