  Hello!
  We are Sanna (gardener, educator, nature educator), Stephan (forestry engineer) and 5 ducks.
  We have a small farm located in an idyllic stream valley and a hut in the forest, where we plant our organic fruits and vegetables with the permaculture idea. The connection with nature is important to us, and so we move our lives more and more outside. Create cozy niches on our properties for sleeping, meditating, resting, for rituals, cooking and BEING. So there are always different projects: In addition to the permanent project fruit and vegetable garden, various craft projects with wood, stones and clay as they occur here in nature. Currently, an outdoor kitchen with mandala roof and clay oven is under construction. Other ideas are: compost toilet with a nice view, Hollywood sleeping swing under the walnut tree, ritual place, expansion of the forest hut as a place for peace and quiet for people who want to immerse themselves in nature and find themselves.

  Wir, das sind Sanna (Gärtnerin, Erzieherin, Naturpädagogin), Stephan (Förster) und 5 Enten.
  Wir haben einen kleinen Hof in einem idyllischen Bachtal gelegen und eine Hütte im Wald, wo wir unser biologisches Obst und Gemüse mit dem Permakulturgedanken anpflanzen. Die Verbindung mit der Natur ist uns wichtig, und so verlegen wir unser Leben mehr und mehr nach draußen. Schaffen auf unseren Grundstücken gemütliche Nischen zum Übernachten, Meditieren, Ruhen, für Rituale, zum Kochen und SEIN. So gibt es immer verschiedene Projekte: Neben dem Dauerprojekt Obst- und Gemüsegarten, verschiedene Handwerkliche Projekt mit Holz, Steinen und Lehm so wie sie hier in den Natur vorkommen. Aktuell ist eine Außenküche mit Mandaladach und Lehmbackofen am entstehen. Weitere Ideen sind: Kompostklo mit Aussicht, Hollywood-Schlafschaukel unterm Nussbaum, Ritualplatz, Ausbau der Waldhütte als Ort für Ruhe und Frieden für Menschen die in die Natur eintauchen und zu sich finden wollen.

  Cultural exchange.
  With us you can learn a variety of things about natural alternative life. We deal quite intensively with our personal and spiritual development and rituals which we are happy to share with you. We like to exchange ideas about our kitchen ideas. We like to cook, almost purely plant-based with a few exceptions (e.g. when the ducks give us an egg) with wild herbs and everything the garden gives us.
  
  Kultureller Austausch.
  Bei uns kannst du Verschiedenstes rund um naturnahes alternatives Leben lernen.Wir beschäftigen uns recht intensiv mit unserer persönlichen und spirituellen Entwicklung und Ritualen was wir gerne mit dir teilen. Wir tauschen uns gerne über unsere Küchenideen aus. Wir kochen sehr gerne, fast rein pflanzlich mit wenigen Ausnahmen ( z.B. wenn uns die Enten ein Ei schenken)gerne mit Wildkräutern und allem was der Garten uns schenkt.

  Tasks to join:
  You should enjoy gardening and or crafting with natural materials.
  You can help with everything that arises, from sowing to processing the harvest (boiling drying, fermenting, pressing...) Construction of small pavilions made of round wood, putting on dry stone walls, walls and plastering with clay, restoration of the hut, carpentry of rustic seating and sleeping facilities, e.g. compost toilet :-)
  
  Arbeiten:
  Du solltest Freude am Gärtnern und oder am Handwerken mit Naturmaterialien haben.
  Du darfst bei allem Helfen was anfällt, von der Saat bis zur Verarbeitung der Ernte ( Einkochen Trocknen, Vergären, Pressen...) Errichten kleiner Pavillons aus Rundholz, Trockenmauern aufsetzen, mit Lehm mauern und verputzen, Restaurierung der Hütte, schreinern von Rustikalen Sitz- und Schlafgelegenheiten z.B. Kompostklo :-)

  There are many places to stay for you: In our apartment, under the open sky with a view over the valley, under the walnut tree with roof even in the rain, in the hut in the forest. We like to eat well and abundantly, usually purely vegetable. We cook and bake everything ourselves and are happy if you cook with us. For breakfast we have muesli with fresh fruits or bread with jam or spread, at noon or in the evening we cook vegetables, legumes, with potatoes, pasta, rice, millet... very traditional, Indian or Asian. If you want to bring something else that we don't have, that's fine with us.
  
  Unterkunft
  Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten gibt es Vielfältige für dich: In unserer Ferienwohnung, unter freiem Himmel mit Aussicht über das Tal, unterm Nussbaum mit Dach auch bei Regen, in der Hütte im Wald. Wir essen gerne gut und reichlich, in der Regel rein pflanzlich. Wir kochen und backen alles selber und freuen uns wenn du mit uns kochst. Zum Frühstück gibt es bei uns Müsli mit frischen Früchten oder Brot mit Marmelade oder Aufstrich, mittags oder abends Kochen wir Gemüse, Hülsenfrüchte, mit Kartoffeln, Nudeln, Reis, Hirse...ganz traditionell, indisch oder Asiatisch. Wenn du dir noch etwas, das es bei uns nicht gibt, mitbringen möchtest, ist das für uns auch in Ordnung.

  Leisure
  Around the Kocher valley there are some castles and palaces. Schwäbisch Hall is a cozy old town. On the Kocher and the Jagst you can kayak/canoe or refresh yourself. These beautiful river valleys also invite you to go hiking and cycling.
  
  Freizeit
  Rund ums Kochertal gibt es einige Burgen und Schlösser. Schwäbisch Hall ist ein gemütliches altes Städtchen. Auf dem Kocher und der Jagst kannst du Kajak/Kanu fahren oder dich erfrischen. Auch laden diese schönen Flusstäler zum Wandern und Radfahren ein.
