  Hello,
  my name is Karel on the homestead i am living with my father.
  
  For long time I was volunteering on the permaculture projects in Spain, there i decided once I have to host volunteers on my farm as well. For now some days in the week i have to stay in the town Olomouc, where I take care of my grandpa and where is living my partner Rebeka. Time to time she comes to visit.
  For a couple of mounths I work abroad to make extra many for advancing my farming projects, what aren't profitable in the moment.
  I speak fluent english, polish and I am forever beginer in spanish.
  
  My father has already his age and he is very special, doing everything in his very special way. He is master in agriculture and he has really impressive knowledge what he like to share. He can provide you the real cultural exchange. He speaks fluent russian and passive english, but i think quite good level just slow.
  
  The homestead is situated in small village called Paseka, on the borders of jeseniky mountains with forests and meadows on one side, and rich flatland called Haná region with fields on the other side. Even if we are surrounded by neigbours, our land is so extended and shaped, you feel to be in solitude.
  
  As part of sudeten region the farm built and inhabited czech germans.
  Just after the end od war sedetten were repopulated by czechs and thats how my great-grandfather gain our farm. Not long ago our family lost control over the farm because of socialistic colectivisation.
  
  Today we just take care of the garden and collection orchard belonging to homestead, not the whole land as used to be, anyway its around 1 hectar.
  We take care of our land as ecological as possible to keep or even rise natural biodiversity. We preserve local varieties of the fruit trees, we have over 150 varieties and there is always something to harvest since begining of may even until a new year.
  
  The main subject of farming is beeking (with 50 hives), fruit harvest and processing( plum jam, apple juice, apple cider) and race flock breeding.

  There is so many various tasks that really everyone can find the one what fits to him, of course sometimes are task what has to be done asap fe. main harvest. Just there is need for selfmotivation to be actually help for the project

  My english is fluent, however there's many grammer and pronunciation mistakes.

  Alojamiento

  One sepated room. There is possible fit 2 beds if you come as couple or friends.
  
  Currently my father arrange the meals on his own. We are omnivours, my father is quite addicted on meaty diet but both of us we enjoy vegetarian diet as well.
  If you are vegetarian or you would have just different dietery needs, we can try to find compromise or we can cook together if you like (once the summer kitchen is done, it'll be much easier).
  
  Whole season we have abundance of our own veggies, fruits, wild plants and eggs.
  
  Just the breakfast can be individual, our larder is always opened for you.

  There are another workaway hosts in the village, the young family, so there is easy way to meet with other workawayers. In hot summer you can go to natural swimming pool. The forests are perfect for hiking, berry picking and hunting mushrooms whit is legal and very popular in czechia. On the hike you can visit Sovinec castle and arboretum "Makču pikču" created from old stone mine. You can also go with me visit Olomouc, with beautiful historical old town, where you can also enjoy all the opportunities of the city.

  The house is usualy silent, you can work from your room and even from the ornamental garden, where is wi-fi reaching as well. I don't know the speed of internet connection, but i can say it's sufficient for common streaming and rarely is out of order.

  Definitelly we can find space for camprevan especially in summer there could be convinient shadowed spot under large walnut trees.

  You can come with dog if is good behaving with other pets and the most importantely with flock. We have pretty young puppy of german shepper and cat.
