We are a small hostel with a vibrant, ever-growing community since our start in 2019. Would you like to join this family and be part of our journey?
Our hostel is run by Yasmin, a former solo traveler, percussionist, and fashion designer. She has poured her heart and soul into creating a cozy and welcoming space, with many elements handcrafted by her.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. You’ll likely be a great fit if you’re independent, responsible, and curious by nature.
Our hostel is just a few minutes away from Kaleiçi (Old Town) and the coast, with free access to beautiful rocky beaches. It’s the perfect spot for those who love exploring historical sites and enjoying the sea.
We offer two distinct positions. Please indicate which one you are interested in when you apply:
1. Reception and Housekeeping
Tasks: Basic reception duties and housekeeping.
Hours: 5 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Minimum stay: 1 month (to allow time for proper training).
Perks: Free accommodation and lunch (prepared by the employee during the morning shift).
2. Social Environment/Media Creator
Tasks: Organizing events and activities, running basic workshops for guests and staff, creating content for social media.
Hours: Flexible, depending on planned activities (to be coordinated together).
Requirements: Some artistic or social talent and organizational skills.
Minimum stay: 2 weeks.

Here you can constantly meet very interesting people from all around the world and focus on learning anything you are interested in, or do your remote work on your free time. Yasmin and the employee are often there to help you with anything you might need regarding the hostel. We are located in a perfect area where you can walk to many historical places, beaches and old town, or easily take any kind of transportation to any attraction.

More important than the physical tasks at the hostel, we need someone with kindness and a positive attitude towards both staff and guests. We’re looking for individuals who can contribute to a warm and friendly environment.
In general, we need help with reception duties and daily chores, such as cleaning, making beds, and doing laundry. As our hostel is quite small, these tasks are usually completed quickly. We operate with three different shifts, each with slightly different duties and paces. Our weekly schedules are thoughtfully planned to ensure fairness, taking into account everyone’s needs and abilities.
The second position focuses on organizing events and activities to create a fun and engaging social atmosphere. This role also involves generating social media content to showcase our vibrant community. We offer flexibility in terms of working hours and the types of events or workshops, based on what you’re passionate about sharing and capable of teaching, showing, or performing.

Alojamiento
You will be accommodated at staff dorm room which has 4 beds, shared with other volunteers. The employee and Yasmin uses the desk in it occasionally during the day. We have fully equipped kitchen with stocks of supplies, and the commun lunch for staff is prepared by the employee and you when you are on morning shift.

We are 8 minutes walking distance to the coast and 3 mins to old Town. There are tram and buses to reach wherever you want to visit.

The hostel is beautiful and very cozy, where everyone is part of a big family (guests, volunteers, Yasemin and Loco). The work is very well organized so you always know what to do, what shift you work, and when you have days off.
