  THE RESORTS:
  
  We have two beautiful ocean-front resorts located next to white sandy beaches in Moalboal, Cebu. The resorts offer quiet and peaceful breaks in paradise for sun and sea worshipers all over the world.
  
  We have large pools, onsite restaurants and bars, sea-side massages and beautiful ocean views!
  
  THE DIVING:
  
  We are proud to be a 5* PADI Dive Resort, with some of the most bio-diverse diving in the world, including the famous Sardine Run!
  
  Opposite our resort is a world renowned dive site, featuring a cliff wall and LOTS of turtles. Near by we also have Oslob, where you can swim with Whale Sharks. If you're looking for a unique diving experience, this is it!
  
  THE LOCAL AREA:
  
  You are always welcome to use your freetime chilling around the resort but there is plenty to enjoy outside of it, too!
  
  We are blessed with incredible nature here in the Philippines, so you can enjoy your free time relaxing on beautiful beaches, hiking at Osmena Peak or canyoneering at Kawasan Falls.
  
  There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to enjoy in nearby Panagsama.
  
  THE TEAM:
  
  Our team consists of 20 local staff, ranging from cooks, house keeping, reservations, hosting and maintenance. All of our staff are very friendly and accommodating and are on hand to support you throughout.
  
  They would be happy to share their culture with you and welcome you into our team and resort family. Previous workawayers have enjoyed attending basketball games, beauty pageants, diving days and local fiestas with our fabulous local team … you'll definitely make some great friends and memories during your stay with us!
  
  THE LIFESTYLE:
  
  As a workawayer here you will become part of our resort team and family! Getting to live by the ocean and amongst nature means that life is very peaceful and relaxed here, allowing you to slow down and really settle into what feels like a paradise ‘home’.
  
  You will have the chance to really utilize your skills and invest in the resort in a way you can feel proud of, whilst also getting a good/work balance that truly allows you to enjoy your free time, too.
  
  You can spend your days interacting with guests from around the world, building friendships with other volunteers and local staff, diving into the underwater world, adventuring amongst nature, relaxing in our peaceful environment and enjoying the entertainment nearby, too.
  
  This place really has it all and makes for the perfect place to experience the Philippines lifestyle and have somewhere to call ‘home’ during your travels!
  
  THE RIGHT FIT FOR THE ROLE:
  
  - Do you have hospitality experience?
  - Do you have customer service experience?
  - Do you have project coordination experience?
  - Have you used social media to promote a company or product?
  - Are you computer literate and confident using different IT systems?
  - Are you a people person who can adapt your approach to positively engage with different types of people?
  - Have you handled challenging situations and complaints from customers?
  
  If you answered ‘YES!’ to these questions, then we want to hear from YOU!
  
  *BONUS* skills we are interested in:
  - Are you a qualified Dive Master or Dive Instructor?

  They will learn the local filipino culture by becoming friends with our team, meeting filipino guests. They will also try Filipino food and get to experience its beautiful nature. We also offer diving so you can learn about our neighbours under the sea. Our workawayers have attended basketball games and fiestas with our local team!

  Reception Administration:
  
  - Covering reception
  - Greeting guests on arrival
  - Managing bookings online via multiple platforms
  - Coordinating and managing check ins and check outs
  - Managing the resort’s email inbox
  
  Guest Relations:
  
  - Interacting with guests from all around the world to build positive relationships and ensure they are satisfied with their stay
  - Handling customers queries and complaints in person and via email
  
  Activity Coordination:
  
  - Upselling activities
  - Creating activity itineraries for guests
  - Coordinating activities with guests and local stakeholders
  - Supporting the coordination of the dive school
  
  Marketing:
  
  - Creating content for social media
  - Updating the website
  - Promoting the resorts online
  
  Team Work:
  
  - Working alongside the local team in a collaborative way
  - Supporting the resort managers with daily operations
  - Seeking feedback from guests and looking for improvements around the resort in order to make positive & impactful changes
