Descripción
We are a Swiss family that emigrated to Costa Rica 17 years ago. We run a little finca near La Cruz in the north of Costa Rica with six cabins on it. We have a lot of nature around us and also all kinds of animals from monkeys, sloth, birds, butterflies also cows, horses and dogs.
Our two daughters are grown. One is studying at the university in Cartago and the other one is living back in Switzerland.
We built the whole property on our own and the tourism is running quite well.
Me and my husband work a lot, but we still find time to speak with the guests. We like having people from all over the world on our finca and we are very interested in other cultures.

If you want you may want to work more and earn a little extra money.
It's possible to reach the beach in a half an hour. There is of the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica called Playa Rajado.
The hot springs of the Arenal area aren't that far either and it's a relaxing day trip to go to.
