  My name is Massimiliano, I am the owner of our family-run hotel situated on the east coast of Sardinia.
  
  The hotel stands for outdoor, nature and activities and is located in the hill town of Dorgali, a realm of olive groves and vineyards, just 8km from the beach of Cala Gonone (Gulf of Orsei).
  
  I'm working with my wife and my parents to run the hotel. It's a small structured business but by now we do have 39 rooms and can therefore accommodate quite a lot of guests. Starting into the new season we are looking for open, outgoing volunteers to help us with daily tasks at and around the hotel.

  We are a sardinian family, we can teach you the tradition and you will be able to taste local Sardinian food.
  Volunteers can learn a lot about the management as well as the day-to-day tasks of running a hotel.
  
  Especially during the high-season our days can be very busy and stressful and there is always a lot to do. Nevertheless in a family-run business like ours you can expect a fun environment in which you work very closely with your colleagues. If you are not afraid to start a new adventure - indpendent if you have worked at a hotel before - reach out and join us!

  We are looking for someone who is keen to be part of a family-run business. Besides our family members we do have employees from town who work with us for many years and are by now part of our family. If you are an outgoing and open person and interested to become part of a team, this one might be for you.
  
  Skills & help we are looking for:
  
  (x) Hospitality tasks - supporting our F&B departement and the reception (welcome guests, help with requests or demands, ensure guest satisfaction), support breakfast & dinner service at our restaurant
  (Note: if you are enrolled in a university program and are looking for an internship we are happy to accommodate that. We are still looking for Interns for the upcoming summer season 2023)
  
  (x) Maintaince & garden work - with a hotel there is always a lot to do. If you have experience with maintance tasks and gardening we'd love to welcome you. Support us in and around the hotel.
  
  (x) Spanish/ Dutch Translations - we are looking for a native spanish/ dutch speaker to help us translate our new website (short-term stay at our hotel only, max. 1 week)
  
  
  Volunters are in general required to help us 5 days and around 5 hours/day.

  We offer accommodation in our hotel. It will be a single room if availiable with all the facilities: bed, TV, free wifi, closet, private bathroom... Additionally we offer daily meals, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  We also accept animals.

  You can explore the area around the hotel. There are many spots to see - not only during summer - but throughout the entire year.
  Our hotel serves as the perfect spot for outdoor adventures. You can find famous beaches (Cala Gonone, Cala Cartoe, Gulf of Orosei...), enjoy doing different sports like kayaking on the Cedrino river next to Nuoro, trekking to the Canyon of Gorropu, climbing in Ogliastra ...
  About cultural experience, you can discover the typical products like ceramic, jewelery, woodworks in the different frabrics but also visit archeological museum of Dorgali...
  
  Please note: public transport in Sardinia is very limited! You can reach our hotel by bus from the airport, however we highly recommand you arrive with a car (if possible) to ensure you can easily explore the surrounding area in your free-time.
