Descripción
We are an NGO association about naturalistic research and enviromental project. Our space, is a botanical garden and butterfly house. We have got an hut devoted to hospitality and enviromental education. In fact, we manage the botanical area and breed endemic butterfly species and their re-introducing in natural area. We are also promote cultural events, assistance projects and demo-antropological research.
We're planning an eco-museum about flora and insects.
We are in Castelgrande, a beautiful village in Marmo-Platano valley, in Lucanian Apennines( Basilicata)
For 2026 we are looking for artists who can create murals, watercolor butterfly albums, land artists, wood artists, as well as visual artists and musicians.
So we will combine gardening and art to create a wild/botanical garden together -

The travellers can learn the life in a botanical garden and butterfly house, and the manage of the park. They can also discover the traditional lucanian culture. We also love all kinds of arts, so the arts cultural exchange is important for us.

Ayuda
We need help about gardening maintenance, assistance on the naturalistic projects (more butterfly:), help in the daily life of the hut, some maintenance works. We also promote the teach about museum guide and naturalistic guide.

We are in Castelgrande: our hut is about 60 km from Potenza, 90 km from Salerno, 130 km from Matera, 150 km from Naples.
We are in the inland of Lucanian Apennines, and the Basilicata is beutiful: there's a lot of nature, mountains, water and very nice villages. So, lose yourself in Basilicata in the free time:) -
