  Hello, we are a retired couple, who enjoy traveling in our motorhome. Our young dog travel with us, but our old cat prefers to stay in her familiar enviroment.
  We live in Carinthia in a lovely house on a hillside, at an altitude of 555 meters. The house has two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony, and a garden with a beautiful view of a castle. We have no TV but a very good piano, if you want to play.
  In our small village,there is a farm shop and a small grocery store. Our house is the last one on the street, situated right by the forest, and from here you can starting for hikes.
  The nearest small town is 7 km away and offers everything you might need for daily life; there is also a small farmers market in its pedestrian zone twice a week. Klagenfurt am Wörthersee is 20 km away, and Graz , a very lovely town too, can be reached by train in just over an hour. In addition to numerous hiking areas, several ski resorts are easily accessible for a day trip.
  
  Our cat Käthe is 14 years old, very sweet, and affectionate. She sleeps a great deal and rarely goes outside anymore. In the evenings, she enjoys beeing petted while on the sofa. Käthe loves being petted and always appreciates conversation and company, though she is also perfectly content to be left alone for many hours at in time.

  We live here very rural, in beautiful nature. The area is ideal for hiking and skiing. But lager cities are also easily accessible and offer an extensive cultural offer (museums, concerts, theaters, cinemas, etc.)
  Our direkt neighbors are very friendly and helpful.
  Our home is ideal for people who are looking for peace and quiet or want to work undisturbed.
  There is a train connection direktly in the village.

  We are looking for a reliable and responsible pet and house sitter. Our cat get wet food every morning and evening, fresh water are always available. She requires daily medication, which can simply be wrapped in a bit of liverwurst and added to her food. Her litter box needs to be cleanded every morning and evening. In addition, the approach and the regular petting are important for her.
  Other tasks include watering flowers in the house, empty the mailbox, keeping the house clean and possibly clearing snow around the property.

  You will have a bedroom with a double bed upstairs at your disposal, as well as bedding and towels. In the kitchen you can use the spices and basic food. If we are away, you will have to take care of yourself and also finance your arrival and departure yourself. We would like to spend the first two days together to get to know each other and show you everything.

  In the village there is a good train connection to Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. You can hike or cycle directly from the house. Smoking is not allowed in the house.

  In the house there is an office corner with good internet connection. The cat will be happy about the company.
