  We are a family of four - we have two wonderful daughters, Sibyl is seven and Esme is five. We live in Heathfield, East Sussex. We tend to travel and move around quite a lot but are currently looking to spend 2025 in Europe - France and the UK with occasional travel to the US. We are looking for someone to join our family and to help us with childcare, supporting the family, helping around the house and the garden.
  
  We have nurtured an environment for our children to mostly play on their own and we are not looking for someone to entertain them but to keep them safe while supporting the family all around.
  
  We are stay home parents, we work remotely, and find great joy in raising our children. We are not raising them in a very conventional way - we do not own a TV, we spend the days being with each other, playing, gardening, going to the beach, hiking, cooking, etc. The children are part of our life and usually engage in whatever activities we engage in. They have the freedom to do their own thing too.
  
  I, the Mom, am Bulgarian and my partner (the Dad) is English. We speak English at home but our children understand French and have expressed interest in learning Spanish. We would like to expose them to more French or Spanish.

  We like to explore and stay at exciting places, to experience new opportunities. We offer a loving, kind and peaceful family environment that you can become a part of.
  East Sussex is known for its nature - from the breathtaking views on the coast to the rolling hills of the Downs. There is tons to explore in terms of walks, bike trails and horse bridleways. Brighton is less than an hour drive away and London is an hour on the train.

  We are looking for someone who aligns with our parental and life approach - splitting time between looking after the girls, doing laundry, meal prep, cleaning up, doing grocery runs, etc. Since we are mostly always at home, we find that juggling responsibilities between us two and the hired person works best. We are looking for a motivated and self-directive person.

  We offer a private room with a private bathroom, away from the family in a separate part of the house.
