Maintenance, lots of weeding and must be good at ironing and other housekeeping chores!
We live in a small village on the West Coast of Ireland, beautiful beaches and a rugged coastline with lovely walks which you can share with our dog Daisy!
Kayaking, cycling, mountain climbing and hill walking nearby.

We live in a lively village right next to the sea. The surrounding area is beautiful and there are many ways to explore it. We have a kayak that can be used to explore the bay and its islands, cycling, hill walking and mountain climbing. You can also visit the beach or hitchhike to different places (the Connemara National park, the bog, the mountain behind the Village.
There is the opportunity to meet people your own age in the cafes and bars.

Beatriz came to help out for four weeks in the summer. We enjoyed having her to help with housekeeping, gardening and taking our beloved Collie Daisy for long walks and exercise.
She is trustworthy and responsible and also has good communicative skills with children and was missed very much by them.

Eloise and I (Marine) stayed 10 days at Margaret's place in December.
The experience was very good, the main work is about taking care of the dog Daisy (lovely girl very playfull) and the others were about maintenance activity of the garden or a cottage.

We had a great time staying with Margaret for a month. She is a very nice and kind person! Our accomodation was lovely and we had everything we could wish for. Daisy is a very happy and energetic dog and she really wants you to work with her. She is great. We miss her already! Thanks a lot for the time in Roundstone. :)

Margret was our first Workaway experience and we loved it. We stayed for 6 weeks and mainly worked in the garden and went on long walks with Daisy. Roundstone is such a beautiful village!

It was lovely having Eva come to help out even though her stay was short. A very pleasant young lady, got on well with everyone and Daisy and the cats loved her. She was also great in the garden and helped out with all the weeding! I hope to see her back again in the future.

Is stayed in Roundstone about 6 weeks and enjoyed every single day! The village as well as the area is very beautiful and in the winter also peaceful.
