Build from scratch, without plan, the place is either the result and the manifestation of a crazy jump in the unknown. Located between dreams and reality, we are where the magic is happening. Any culture, anybody is concerned.

The place will be one of the most unusual you ever seen. The concept is new. It is more than an hostel. It is an experience.

We are looking mainly for 5 different kinds of skills
1. Social skills.
We mean by social skills first loving being surrounded by others, playing and dynamism.
We want every day to be a new day for our guests. And activities, as simple as they could be, need often to be relayed, often organised and sometimes leaded. Even created.
Fun and pleasure is the goal. And if this way of helping doesn't sound like work for you, it might suits you really well. We are not looking for this 'work' somebody who takes it too seriously. We need somebody who does it quite naturally and would stay at least 3 weeks.
2. Artistic skills
Our place is definitively a creative place. But with its own story, character and logic, This place is made like an organism aiming to inspire and stimulate human creatures. If painting/drawing is your talent, you would need to like to create with constrains given by an environment. You would need to be before inspired by the place and what is already planned by the owners imagination.
If you got another talent than this one just tell us, we could be interested.
3. Computer skills.
We need to work on our promotion, visually, and to expend our reach.
An expert in exel and somebody able to do accounting are needed.
4. Somebody who travels with a wide angle camera and also somebody with instagram promotion skills
5. Somebody who has experience in management to help the at the building of our management tools. (Listings of tasks, distribution of tasks, organisation etc...)
It is still a really young hostel. So much has to be done!!!

Gili Meno is definitely the most beautiful of the 3 gilis. The environment is absolutely exeptional.

Digital nomads are welcome. You just need to be aware they the working times are counted only if if the task performed is not a sole social presence. Since cleaning or reception tasks are not legally performable by workawayers in Indonesia, somebody who aim to count strict hours will be expected to perform skilled specific tasks agreed in advance with us. In other terms, you would need to be able to offer a specific service answering specific needs of the hostel that other workawayers cannot do.

We all agreeing here that Savannah been a very nice guest.
Unfortunately, she was supposed to volunteer.
Only getting pictures to be posted on the group was pretty impossible. She would stay all the time with the people she likes, and only them.
