Hi folks, we need a pair of hands, or two pairs to help us move things and clean up around the house, do a bit of outdoor work, tidying up as we prepare to vacate, due to selling. Ideally suited to a young man or two or a couple who are strong. The work may be sporadic, intensive for a day or two then not a lot for a while. You may be left in charge while Alain goes away to work. This job would suit someone or persons needing somewhere to stay over the autumn monthts. We are within easy reach of the Pyrenees, ski-fields, rambling around and outdoor pursuits as well as within easy reach of Toulouse (about 40km). Trains from our local village, about 3km away. Vehicle would be handy but not necessary. Responsible, capable and independent persons ideally suited to this stay. You may have to fend for yourselves somewhat, but plenty of food will be available. We are open to teaching, a bit of French or English, we will give them plenty of opportunity to travel and tips of where and how to go in the local region.

We are looking for a couple or male friends to come and help us out with some chores in and around the house: interior and some exterior, cleaning inside and out, cooking (if you want), tidying up, organisation and various other things that may crop up.

Our farm is about three kilometres from the train station and the trains run every hour to and from Toulouse and the journey takes about 40 minutes. We have bicycles and the countryside is very pretty for taking a ride or walk in and the village is a short ride or decent walk away, about 5km. Trains also regularly run to different stations in the Pyrenees and there are buses to everywhere running from the local train station. It is also very easy to get to Barcelona in Spain, departing from our local train station and changing at the border in the Pyranees for a commuter train into Barcelona.
