My name's Samira, I'm 22 and I'm from Austria. Very recently I finished a Media Design degree in Vienna. City life was quite convenient but it was too fast-paced and I didn't feel connected. I really want to experience a simpler way of living again, closer to nature, which is why I'm here !! :-)

I adore being in nature, whether it's in the mountains, the woods or close to the sea. I'm especially happy around animals and providing for their well-being brings me great joy. I'm very keen on learning how to live more sustainably and what it takes to realize that.

My travel goals are to be more adventurous and practice gratitude along the way. I'm really hoping to experience winter in Northern Norway. I believe the cold and dark to be very humbling, which in turn makes you appreciate everything else a lot more.

All in all, I'm happy to help in any way possible and hopefully make new friends and connections.

I've worked various jobs from a young age and I believe myself to be reliable, very precise and a fast learner. I really don't mind getting my hands dirty or doing hard physical labour so you can count me in for almost anything. It really does give me so much joy to know I was able to help in whichever way!!!

I speak three languages; English, German and Bosnian, so I can teach those if need be. I also took Media Design courses so I can definitely help out with photography, editing, flyers, posters, etc. !

My creativity and optimism might be helpful in some projects or at least make for interesting dinners and pleasant conversation. : )
Through my travels I'm really hoping to broaden my knowledge and abilities, especially with handy work, but like I said, there's nothing I won't try.

I've been fascinated with Norway since I was a small kid. I really want to learn Norwegian and more about the culture, it's so lovely (!!!) and cold and rainy which i adore. ✨
