Hi everyone! My Name is Bialda and I'm a masters student from Germany, currently pursuing my international management studies in Lisbon. I love travelling and living in foreign countries as much I love meeting new people and building relationships that last; that's why I am always seeking for new adventures and experiences. So far, I've lived in Germany, Italy, and Portugal and travelled a lot trough Europe. Thus, I'm a very open minded and easy person, loving to provide my help in any area, and enjoying the good time with the ones having around.
In my free time, I engage in social volunteering, do sports, and of course - travel as much as possible. I really enjoy getting to know new cultures and food, going out from time to time, and experiencing all kind of sport, art or music. Between June and July 2023 I'm going to travel through south Europe, besides writing an economic thesis on the way (and sometimes working remotely). Can't wait to meet you and have a great time!

More details about my language interests
I'm fluent in Englisch and German and happy to help learning those languages! In school I've had 8 years of French, but since I haven't spoken it in years, I'm not that skilled anymore and therefore would love to practise it again. Same goes for Spanish and Italien, but there I have less knowledge in.

I would describe myself as "multi-talented", or at least open to acquire any skill needed. I love to lend a hand - physically and mentally - in any area help is needed. Whether helping to run a household (cleaning, laundries etc.), to restore an old house, to garden, building something new, I'm here to assist! I've worked in a lot of different jobs, for example as waiter, in a hotel, in finance, in university etc. and can bring some experience to the table. I have a driving license (although I don't prefer to drive), and already gained some experience in sailing (DHH School Sailing license, but years ago)
As I grew up with two little siblings, babysitted a lot, and volunteered with kids, I love to take care of children in any age. In addition, I lead a social club in my bachelors, which is why I also experienced in leading groups, organising events, and managing projects and relations. Out of my studies, I can also provide help in academic areas such as research, or teaching/ tutoring (topic specific or English).
