I'm 29 years old from Northern Ontario, Canada. In 2022, I obtained a work holiday visa in Australia, and sold everything I owned to make the move abroad!
I am a naturally curious person. I love being outdoors and making new friends. I have worked in customer service for 18 years now, because I love working with people. It is my dream to someday open my own Cafe (I have a huge passion for good food, good coffee and good conversation).
Outside of travelling and discovering new people and places, I enjoy physical fitness, hiking, animals, and playing music. A perfect night to me is having friends gathered on the porch with a glass of wine and playing games and having good conversation! I have dabbled in yoga and surfing, and am always looking to challenge myself. I pride myself on my hard work ethic, and love to feel useful and keep busy. I am looking for meaningful connections and experiences and see every day as an opportunity to learn and do something great!

I have worked in customer service for 18 years in a variety of roles including hospitality (bartending and Cafe management), retail sales, and administration.
I have also worked as an all rounder doing two stints of regional work in Australia, which included working in the back kitchen and housekeeping.
I have worked for a non profit music camp doing odd jobs including painting and lawn and yard maintenance. I am physically fit and have a can do attitude! So really willing to roll up my sleeves and do whatever job needs to be done!
I'm not afraid of hard work!

What else ...

I love to read and play board games. I can play violins, piano, guitar, Irish Penny whistle. I usually do at home body weight workouts, but also have enjoyed spin classes and group training at the gym. In the winter months I love to downhill ski. In the summer months I water ski, and consider myself a novice level surfer. I enjoy a variety of music styles and podcasts.
I love spending time at cafes. I also enjoy baking and cooking.
