I love being around people and in the nature. That gives me a peacefull and restless feeling. For me, it´s important that people give about each other and help each other if it´s needed. It´s much more easy to do work with more hands! I get energy of the sunset, a sky full of stars, smiling people and to ´´go with the flow´´.

I am dental hygienist, so my goal is to keep the mouth healthy as long as possible. Beside that, I have done voluntary work in Sumatra and Poland. In Sumatra I gave English lessons and lessons about healthcare and the environment. We did som workshops with local people. In Poland I did dental treatments for Ukrain refugees.
In my free time I like to work in the garden, cook easy (but tasty!) meals, play tennis, walk a lot (with my dog) and be with my friends and family.

What else ...

My favorite game is Rummikub and in my free time I play a lot tennis. My sister is my everything! I am always with her :) And I love my morning routine: waking up, make a coffee and walk with the dog during my coffee, than give the chickens some food/water, get their eggs, make my breakfast (oat, banana, peanutbutter and fruit) and eat it in the garden without my phone. Just be on my own and get started relaxed!
