Hello everyone, my name is Carmelo and I am a 29 year old Italian boy. I have a degree in sociology and subsequently a degree in social services. I like being in contact with children and teaching them everything I can. I would like to travel with the workaway project to better cultivate my language skills (currently very scarce), meet new places and people! I am a very curious, sociable and helpful guy. I would like to learn new water sports and live in contact with nature. I would like to find patient and understanding people along my journey for my initial language gaps (to write my description I am using google translate; D)

The main reason why I decided to travel with the work away program is that it would allow me to learn the English language more easily, a language that I don't practice well. I am available to teach Italian for those interested! :)

I really enjoy challenging myself, experimenting with new activities and being in contact with people. I consider myself a very empathetic person with good problem solving skills. I love teaching what I know and always learning new things. I have no prejudices about the lifestyles of others and I adapt very easily to any circumstance. I am a lover of camping, nature, the sea. I like to practice sports daily, lately I've been approaching calisthenics but I have done many sports, including: rowing, athletics, basketball, swimming pool, water polo and many other activities. A few weeks ago I started playing the guitar again, I'm not very good but I'm learning on my own.
