I am a culinary trained chef who has worked primarily on private motor yachts traveling the Carribean, East, and West Coast of the U.S. During my time off I have travelled extensively backpacking throughout Asia, the South Pacific , and Central America.
Recently I’ve been traveling domestically by car!
I spend my time in Florida on a bit of a jungle property and I have done a lot of the DIY projects myself . I installed a Koi pond and painted the exterior and interior of the house . My other interests include gardening, arts and crafts, music, and making new friends!

What else ...

I am currently traveling with my very well behaved 5 year old 40 lbs lab chihuahua mix. (That’s what they told me at the rescue when he was a puppy anyway!) Louie is used to being around farm animals, he respects wild animals and does not bark or bite. If anything he’s a little bashful at first, but he’s a sweet dog and a great traveler! 🐾💕
