Description

I quit my job to travel. Kathrin, my partner, accompanies me, even if we travel separately at times. I am a passionate carpenter. Covid has only had a minimal impact on my life – They don’t say 'crafts have golden soil' for nothing, so I’ve had rather too much rather than too little to do in the past two years leading up to the trip.
We built a small, fully-fledged house on a campsite in Switzerland - a solid basis for being largely independent. When we are home, we are always welcoming travellers who want to explore the Berner Oberland.

Jochen: Trained Carpenter with over ten Years experience in constructing houses, fixing roofs and doing common Woodwork same as terrace building, facade construction etc. in companies in Germany and Switzerland.
Kathrin: occupational therapist, worked in psychiatric hospital, some craft skills and experience with my tiny garden, bachelor in fine arts
