HI!

I’m Guy. I’m 34 :)

I have recently left my career of 15+ years in the Architectural, Construction and Housebuilding sector to pursue other opportunities and expand my horizons, and am looking to have an extended period away from the construction industry to meet new people and develop lasting connections :)

I’m easy going, enjoy meeting new people, and have a wide range of skills and business experience that can be put to good use. Ideally I’m looking for a relaxed environment - with genuine and decent people that I can help out in a mutually beneficial way :)

LGBT friendly workaway connections are essential, and a place with an LGBT network is also desired.

I’m a keen pianist, and also I really enjoy my exercise, with football, running, cycling and swimming my particular interests (though honestly would happy engage in anything if available!!)

ARSM Performance Diploma in the Piano and can also teach

DIY Enthusiast - I have renovated 2 houses. These are both being rented out and will both assist to fund my workaway experience.

15+ years Construction, Architecture & Sustainability experience including Company Director, Business Development & Finance

Huge musical interest, lots of experience using music technology and very adaptable

Fully proficient with technology - all MS Office apps, Adobe suites, Autodesk suites etc…

Web Design, Graphic Design and Marketing experience (incl. Social Media)

Connections in various creative fields relevant to marketing, graphics, design, construction, architecture, sustainability etc.

Basic level of French, German & Spanish but would love to be fluent in any.
