Hi!

My name is Ewan, I have recently quit my job and looking for some short-term work to meet some friendly faces whilst working in an outdoor setting! I thoroughly enjoy getting to know people of different cultures, learning new languages (Spanish and French), getting exposed to nature and involving myself in new activities.

I am starting a Master's course in October and thought that working away somewhere with lovely weather, new people and some peace away from the business of London would be amazing - where I hope to get a bit of mindfulness and headspace before I start an intense year of studying.

My interests are music (of all sorts - good music is good music!), festivals, cooking, mindfulness/meditation, having a laugh and enjoying quality time with mates new and old.

I have a lot of experience in hospitality settings, so interacting with people from various cultures and backgrounds is something I thoroughly enjoy! I regularly exercise, going for runs and the occasional gym session so can be of great use for any manual labour.

I have some experience with gardening and will certainly be open to learn new techniques - I am especially interested in sustainability so being able to work somewhere that focuses on this would be really motivating!

I have a scientific background, particularly in biomedical research, so am a great problem-solver if you have some issues that may need some creative/alternative thought.

My friends would describe me as a people's person, I love interacting with others, being compassionate and helping out as much as I can!
