We're interested in yoga, meditation, animals, permaculture, discover new cultures and languages, meeting new people and travels.

Description

Hi, we're two sisters who want to travel and learn as much as possible, from languages to different lifestyles and foods.
We practice meditation, yoga and we love animals.
In 2022 we did together our first experience as workawayers, in Gran Canaria. We were in a finca with a lot of animals (horses, chickens, ducks, goats and cats) and a wonderful orchard working with permacultures laws.
In my last workaway experience (I'm Deborah), in Fuerteventura, in an animal sanctuary that is now my second home and family I learnt a lot of things about myself and the animals: how to know and communicate with them, how to feed and clean them, how to medicate a lot of type of injuries and illness, but especially how to respect and take care of every kind of creature. Eleonora in the meantime kept working with children in schools and outside and also as a waitress, so she really loves to be active and feel handy.
We're both vegetarian, so we don't eat meat neither fish, but I have no problem with eggs and cheese.
We're not afraid of hard work, we're really dynamic and love to feel useful.
We're in love with wild nature and we consider ourselves open minded people.
Now we're both ready for our next adventure together, we're very easygoing, sweetheart and enjoyable, try us!

We can help to take care of a lot of type of animals and we have some basis of permaculture, too. We could also be useful in building projects.
We can cook a lot of different recipes (veg or not), clean and organize in a functional way works and spaces.
Deborah helped the owner of the sanctuary of the previous workaway in a lot of different tasks such as constructing pool for ducks and swing for goats, painting, gardening, moving heavy rocks and useless stuff in order to clean and run the refuge in his absence, cause he trusted her and saw how she worked with love and care.
In the previous experience together we took care of the orchard and of the animals on our own (horses, goats, chickens, ducks and cats).
We're glad to be useful, especially for the animals and the environment.
