Beschreibung

I'm Yuka from Japan.
I grew up in a snowy region of Japan, where living in harmony with nature has always been an important part of my life.

I used to work as a cross-country skier, and now I enjoy freediving.
The ocean gives me a deep sense of peace. I’m very interested in the connection between body and mind, and yoga and meditation are essential parts of my daily life. I’m also a certified yoga instructor, and I’d be happy to share yoga with you if you’re interested.

A few years ago, I renovated my great-grandmother’s old house and turned it into a small café, where I managed everything from cooking to hospitality.
I love preparing meals using fresh ingredients from gardens and nature.

I’m still learning English, but I can communicate in daily conversation, and I always try to communicate sincerely and with care.

I’m very interested in cultural exchange, and I would love to share our cultures with each other — especially through food 😊

I value harmony, kindness, and sharing experiences, and I would be very happy if we have the chance to meet.

I specialize in vegetable-based and healthy meals, and I can accommodate vegetarian and vegan diets.

Yoga
I can share classical Indian yoga practices and hold an RYT200 certification.

Farming
I was born and raised in the countryside, where my family has a vegetable garden.
I’m experienced in farming tasks and would be glad to help.
