Hello everyone,
Our names are Vice and Michaela.
We are an adventurous and outgoing couple looking to indulge into a foreign culture by bringing joy to a new community. Both of us have several years of experience with volunteering with several causes, always being passionate about learning, and eager to contribute.
We are looking forward to learn about a part of the world still unknown to us and super excited to bring a sense of Croatia to the far East. For now, we have travelled almost the whole Europe together. Our most recent longer home-stay was this summer in Amsterdam where we were house-sitting and taking care of two cats.
Vice is a law-student in Zagreb holding a bachelor degree. Besides being a student, he works as a Team Leader at LG Zagreb headquarters. In his free time, he is a basketball coach and a member of a running club.
Michaela has recently graduated from Rotterdam School of Management, holding a Bachelor degree of International Business Administration. She also spent a semestar abroad in Canada. During her university years, she worked as a Teaching Assistant, Strategy Consultant and Project Manager. In her free time, she likes to practice yoga, mindfullness, and her passion is cooking.

We both have experience teaching students and leading teams in English for several years. More specifically, Michaela graduated away from her country of origin, earning her Bachelor degree by studying in English in the Netherlands and Canada.

Both of us have worked many real and part-time jobs throughout our life to gain the above mentioned skills. Therefore, we are open to any kind of work, patient enough to learn a new skill and enrich our current selfs by helping someone else.

Was noch ...
We are extremely passionate about food and the experience around it. As a couple coming from a country where community and events are part of our every day living, we are excited to indulge into the every day life of another warm culture. Also, an important aspect of our relationship is hosting. We promise, our dinners are an unique experience we enjoy to offer to our family and friends frequently. If you can't find us in the kitchen, you can probably see us running somewhere in the surroundings!
