I am originally from Bulgaria, but live in Vienna, Austria. I am taking break from my job for one year and want to see the world.
I’ve learned that the best way to enjoy life is a really good work/life balance. Taking off work for one year won’t satisfy my needs to be helpful so I have decided to register in workaway and combine working and traveling, so my days are full of sense.

Hi there!
I’m Vesela, which means “the happy one” in Bulgarian language, that’s why my nickname is Sunny ☀️
I always had a passion for tourism and travelling, I’ve studied originally tourism management but then continued with logistics and SAP Software. The passion is still there, this is the reason why I took one year sabbatical to travel the world, get to know myself and other countries around the world better 😊
In the last years I have found a big passion for nature and mountains, which is a quite new experience for me, because in the last 30 years I was for sure the girl who wanted to be close to the see as the coast side. Now, my passion splits and I need both! 🤩
I love hiking, climbing, outdoor activities and movement. I love dancing, I could dance every day and sing as well, although I am not a good singer.. 😃
I have quite an experience with hospitality, during my studies I had three jobs to support my studies, all of them were combined with hospitality services - event management, waiter in a restaurant, working in a library. My internship I did in Dubai as a tour guide and afterwards I’ve switched the branche to entertainment of children and adults in Italy. 😍 at the end everything turned at 180* and now I am an SAP Software Consultant, which I also love!❤️🙂so I am good with all the tech stuff!
But all these experiences made me the person I am today - I love to be the spirit of the company, to make people laugh and to make them feel comfortable. I see the small things and details and love to think in advance what could be the next move and the next necessary of my customers and friends.
This is why I am sure that Workaway is the perfect experience for me, I am so excited to get to know other cultures better and help people around the world!
