Hello !!!
my name is Veronica, I'm 22 and I come from Sicily, Italy. I'm about to graduate in Foreign Languages, Literatures and Cultures at the University of Catania, and I also just finished my 6-months Erasmus project in Munich, Germany.
I consider myself a very kind, empathic, responsible person, who always tries to be helpful and respectful of others. I find joy in simple things like nature, sunsets, books and walks.
I love traveling and immersing myself in other cultures, and this has allowed me to develop an open mind and a great capacity of adaptation.
I feel always glad to learn about different cultures and languages. My curiosity constantly drives me to discover something new and I believe there's always something valuable to learn from every experience.
I am passionate about sports: I played volleyball for many years and I’m a taekwondo black-belt.
Music is another big passion of mine, I collect vinyls and I play the violin in an orchestra, which has given me a strong sense of discipline and teamwork.
Growing up as the eldest sibling, I have developed a strong sense of responsibility - in general, I love kids, which has led me to work as a babysitter and in summer camps as an animator.
I also volunteer at animal shelters and have a deep love for animals.
My other hobbies include photography, where I enjoy capturing moments and emotions, and cooking, which allows me to express my creativity in the kitchen.
I am always open to new challenges and ready to embrace any task my host might have in mind. I’m a quick learner and love to share my knowledge and experiences while learning from others. Travelling and getting to know other languages, cultures, people and stories is my favourite thing to do. And I would be happy to share with you a piece of me!

I really like languages, I always like to learn at least some basic sentences of the language of the country I visit. I'm always very happy to teach and share my native language, which is italian. I already have some experience. I can also teach English, Spanish and some basic knowledge of German and French. I know how to read the cirillic alphabet.
