Hello, I'm Tom from a little town called Bury St Edmunds near Cambridge in the UK. I am 22 years old and want to see and experience as much as I can of the world.
This year I graduated from a degree in Spanish and Chinese and now I am back in Taiwan looking to make more new memories this time on my second visit to the country.
I have previously done a workaway in Cantabria, Spain where I worked as an English language teaching assistant and this time I am hoping for some more experience in nature with hands-on physical tasks so that I can learn some manual skills. I am always very eager to learn.

I grew up in the countryside and grew up building fires, gathering wood, building tree houses and taking long walks although I also now love life in the city as I've experienced it living in Leeds and Taipei. I'm fairly handy and would be fine gardening or putting things up as long as I know what I'm doing and I've painted a fair few walls before too. I know how to clean well and am comfortable around animals. I'm pretty artistic and like to paint and draw and I'd like to think I have a good eye for design. I like to cook although I still have a lot to learn, but I would love to expand my cooking skills and learn how to make more food from around the world. I have worked for four years in coffee shops so I could also make you a good coffee too. I am a quick learner who loves to take opportunities to learn new skills.
I am a native English speaker with a standard British accent, I have studied Spanish for many years and have a conversational level of Mandarin Chinese.

I enjoy rock climbing and casual cycling, I love games, art and architecture, I have many siblings and cousins so I am good around kids and I like thought-provoking discussions
