Hi there! I'm Tess.

I'm an active person and I love sports like snowboarding, skiing, dancing, yoga, hiking and climbing. I also love to cook and learn new recipes. Focaccia, bread and pasta making is my new favourite. And lots of cake.
Nature and art are my getaways.

Discovering the daily life in different farms in Austria lately was amazing and I would really like to be of help in a city to change it up. I enjoyed working with kids during my studies and would love to explore that in workaway as well :)

I'm a big fan of languages, so you could teach me some words you love :) I'm a very curious person and I love to learn!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I'm a fast learner and efficient multitasker. I was a receptionist at the language center at University and the semester starts are always crazy busy and demanding (answering student's questions over mail/telephone/at the reception, helping the teachers, solving all the administrative work).

I am comfortable with new people and taking care of them, since I was in my faculty's association and we got to know so many people and organise all sorts of events, like ski camps, conferences and parties.
I sometimes take care of children age 4-10 during summers. And since I have a cat, I usually groom him every two days and play with him.

I have done my bachelors degree on the regeneration of forests with and without the wolf, so I have spent a lot of time in the mountains, walking around in forests and recognising all the tree species to make an inventory.

I'm quite good at organising rooms/kitchens/equipment and sorting through stuff. My mom is very gratful I could create some space in our tiny home.
I also love to cook and eat healthy foods!
