Hello world out there 🌞

My name is Teresa, I’m 28 years old and from Berlin. I’ve been traveling since the beginning of this year.

Yoga is my greatest passion, and I absolutely love teaching it. After every session, I feel the magic that yoga creates—it’s an incredible feeling to share that energy with others. For me, experiencing and spreading this connection is one of the most beautiful things in the world.
I recently completed my 300-hour yoga teacher training.

Furthermore I love meeting new people from different backgrounds and nationalities and I often get lost in inspiring conversations.
I think a lot about our nature and about the built world that surrounds us, which deepens my study of architecture. My goal is to make our environment as beautiful as possible for all creatures and to understand us humans a bit better with our wishes and needs.
Nature gives me clarity and grounding and I am always deeply impressed how unbelievably beautiful our planet is, this is why I am also very committed to environmental protection. 🌍

I am teaching yoga at hostels and yoga studios since my first training in 2021.

I have a master in architecture. I studied in Germany.
I line to be creative and love to shape the environment also with smaller projects be it a DIY project or even gardening.
