Hi! I'm Sara, a cheerful, dynamic person who is always ready to get involved. I graduated in Communication Sciences at the University of Turin and I have gained various work experiences in fields such as hospitality, catering and retail.

I am passionate about communication and I love working in contact with people, learning from different cultures and adapting to new contexts. Thanks to my jobs as a receptionist, waitress and co-host on Airbnb and Booking, I have developed rapid problem solving, customer management and effective communication skills.

I speak Italian, English and French, and I am always ready to improve my language skills. I am flexible, motivated and curious: I like to experiment, learn new things and face every experience with enthusiasm.

I would like to participate in projects that allow me to meet new people, contribute with my skills and, at the same time, grow personally. If you are looking for someone reliable, empathetic and with a great desire to do, I think I could be the right person!

Comunicazione efficace: Grazie al mio percorso in Scienze della Comunicazione e alle esperienze lavorative in ospitalità, ristorazione e retail, sono in grado di comunicare in modo chiaro, empatico e persuasivo.

Problem solving: Abituata a gestire situazioni dinamiche e a trovare soluzioni rapide e pratiche, specialmente in contesti di alta affluenza o con clienti esigenti.

Gestione del cliente: Esperienza nel creare un ambiente accogliente, nel comprendere le esigenze degli ospiti e nel garantire un'esperienza positiva, sia lavorando in hotel che come co-host su Airbnb e Booking.

Lingue: Parlo italiano (madrelingua), inglese e francese. Mi piace comunicare con persone di culture diverse e sono sempre pronta a migliorare le mie competenze linguistiche.

Adattabilità: Mi adatto facilmente a nuovi contesti, sono flessibile e aperta a imparare. Ho lavorato in ambienti multiculturali, sviluppando la capacità di collaborare con persone diverse.
