I love visiting new places and experiencing different cultures. There’s so much joy for me in connecting with locals, learning from those interactions, and spending time in nature—whether it's by the ocean, in the mountains, or enjoying the vibrant colors of fresh fruits and vegetables. I also cherish moments of reflection in cozy cafes, and nothing brings me more happiness than a walk or a meal shared with loved ones.

As a freelance translator (post-editor) and blogger, I deliver words. Through translation, I help convey someone’s message through their work, and in my blog, I share my own message, hoping to inspire as many people as possible to live authentically and find happiness in their lives.

When I was studying in the U.S., I worked as a teaching assistant for a Japanese language class at my university. Later, while living in Tokyo, I ran private Japanese conversation classes at Starbucks. I’d be happy to be a conversation partner for anyone wanting to practice Japanese! :) I’m also excited to keep learning more English! It’s my second language, and I’m always looking for ways to improve. Learning foreign languages is a treasure, and I’d love the chance to learn even more languages!

Smile: No matter where I go, my smile is always loved! I bring a happy, friendly smile to every place and situation.

Communication: Having worked in multicultural teams, I’m able to express myself clearly and, more importantly, listen carefully to understand others’ perspectives.

Hospitality: I have experience serving a wide variety of guests in cafes, hotels, and guesthouses. I love paying close attention to each guest and thinking about what would make their day a little brighter.

Creativity: I’m passionate about coming up with ideas! While working at an English language school, I created a small library from donated books and designed colorful attendance cards to motivate students.

Language Skills: As a translator (and post-editor), I specialize in translating English into Japanese, so if you ever need help with Japanese translation, I’d be happy to assist!

I’m a calm and positive 29-year-old with a touch of curiosity and openness, like a 3-year-old girl discovering the world, and a love for adventure. I spent my twenties living in the U.S., Canada, and Australia—experiences and friendships I consider treasures.

I've had the opportunity to work in many roles, including as a cafe staff member, hotel/guesthouse staff, English conversation assistant, web designer, tour guide, and Japanese conversation tutor. Now, I've found my passion in translation and blogging, where I've happily settled.

Lately, I’m drawn to a lifestyle connected with nature, mindfulness, healthy eating, and DIY projects, and I’m eager to learn more about them :)
