Hello Everyone!
Our names are Richter and Bekah and we are a couple from Canada in our early twenties, planning to travel across Europe in fall of 2025. We are from a small city called Penticton, nestled between two lakes in the mountains of British Columbia, Canada.
We are adventurous and social people, and love to explore new places, experience new cultures, and meet new people.
Together, we enjoy playing sports, being in nature (mountains, lakes, rivers, ocean, etc.), spending time with animals (especially dogs!), trying new meals and activities, playing cards and board games, listening to music, and socializing with others. We both have experience caring for pets, babies, and children - Bekah previously worked as a nanny, caring for two young children. We also both have extensive experience in the service and tourist industries.
Richter is an avid outdoor sports enthusiast and spends much of his time cycling, mountain biking, skiing, running, training for triathlons, and weight lifting. He has raced in two Ironman triathlons. Richter recently graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor's of Commerce specialized in Finance and Economics. In addition to English, he speaks French and has a basic understanding of Spanish – he would love to learn more.
Bekah loves to cook and bake, and she is always looking for new recipes or challenges in the kitchen. She grew up with lots of dogs and loves to spend time with animals. Her favourite sports to play are volleyball, golf, pickle ball, spike ball, kayaking, and paddle boarding. She is currently a Registered Massage Therapist. Bekah studied French in high school and can speak it at an intermediate level.
We look forward to meeting new people, exploring new locations, and immersing ourselves in the culture, history, and nature of different European countries!

We are both native English speakers and would be happy to help anyone wanting to learn the language! We also both speak French and welcome the opportunity to speak it. Richter is currently learning Spanish and would love to practice. Learning about and sharing other languages is always welcomed as well!
