Hey there :)
My Name is Rhena and I am currently living in Wuppertal, Germany. I am very curious to get to know different alternative ways of living – away from the fast pace and performance pressure I know from german society. I believe there is so much we can learn from nature and its natural cycles. I enjoy a slower, mindful lifestyle and love spending time outdoors, connected to the rhythm of the seasons.
I’m a certified yoga teacher and try to live with awareness and intention. Creativity is an important part of my life, whether through art, small projects, or simply adding a personal touch to everyday tasks. Cooking is another passion of mine – especially for others – and I’d be happy to bring this into my time with you.
What I value most are genuine, meaningful connections: sharing stories, learning from one another, and feeling part of a warm, authentic community. I’m reliable, open-minded, and happy to contribute my skills wherever they’re needed, while immersing myself in the life and spirit of your place.

I’ve gained some experience on several organic farms in New Zealand, learning a bit about gardening and basic animal care. I’m also a certified yoga teacher, and I would love to share my practice with others. With a background in design, I’m happy to help with creative projects if needed – though my heart is happiest when I can spend time in nature. Cooking is another passion of mine, especially vegan and vegetarian meals, and I truly enjoy preparing food for others.
