Skills & Experience
Farming & Gardening:
I grew up on a traditional farm in Germany and later ran my own with my family – caring for sheep, planting vegetables, pruning fruit trees, composting, harvesting, etc. I still maintain a large organic garden and love being outdoors in all weathers.

Manual Work & Practical Help:
I'm used to physical work (digging, carrying, weeding, cleaning, basic repairs), not afraid of getting my hands dirty, and happy to support wherever needed – from kitchen help to field work.

Cooking & Preserving:
I enjoy cooking with seasonal ingredients, baking, and making jams or herbal teas. I’m also interested in learning local food traditions.

Writing & Cultural Exchange:
As a writer and cultural scientist (PhD), I have experience leading creative writing workshops and enjoy dialogical, intercultural exchange – especially around language, memory, and rural life.

Group Facilitation & Listening:
I work part-time as a group analyst with trauma-affected women and refugees. I’m a good listener, patient, and respectful of different backgrounds and experiences.

Languages:
German (native), English (fluent), French (basic), learning Japanese phrases!

Other:
I love hiking, cycling, observing nature, and living simply. I’m independent but enjoy being part of a team. I'm open-minded, calm, and curious to learn.
