As an English studies student, I am preparing for my semester abroad and would love the opportunity to immerse myself in new cultures while improving my practical English usage. I enjoy staying active through exploring new places on foot or by bike, going to the gym, or taking a city stroll with friends. Good coffee and meaningful conversations truly bring me joy. I also love cooking and sharing meals with others. I'm looking forward to meeting new people, helping wherever I can and experiencing different cultures while connecting along the way.

As a future English teacher, I know how powerful languages are in bringing people together. I studied French in school and still practice it whenever I can. For me, language is an important way to understand a culture, so I’m always excited to learn new ones. I’d be happy to help with Dutch, as it is my mother tongue, as well as German and English. Of course, I’d be happy to learn other languages as well while building connections.

As a future teacher, I’ve developed strong communication and organizational abilities, and I truly enjoy working with people of all ages. I have experience tutoring and creating fun, engaging activities that bring people together.
I’m also always ready to lend a hand whether it’s gardening, tidying up, or trying something completely new. I’m happy to share what I know and teach others, but I’m just as excited to learn new skills and fully commit to whatever needs doing. Alongside my studies, I’ve worked various jobs, such as teaching, waitressing, and providing advice at an insurance company. But I’m also enthusiastic about other things - recently, I helped my brother renovate his apartment.
