Hi! My name is Victoria, but I prefer to be called Vicky. I am from Argentina, a beautiful country which is best known for its great landscapes, football, our friendly culture and the mate tradition of course. Among all the things that motivate me and bring happiness to my life, travelling and being in the nature are definitely the main ones. I am a very friendly and empathetic person who enjoys meeting new people, listening to their stories, learning about their cultures and getting lost in places I could never imagine. I love any type of outdoor activity, being in nature, by the sea or among mountains simply fills me with pure happiness.
One of my life motto's is to do something meaningful that leaves a mark on the world and other people. I believe there is a lot that can be done to care for the environment and help others.
I am on a personal journey, in search of my best and greatest version of myself and where meditation, yoga, eating healthy and surrounding myself with people who bring me peace, meaningful experiences and beautiful energy are the most valuable things for me.
Some of my hobbies are swimming, exercising, reading, writing, cooking and any outdoor activity.

I’m now back home in Argentina after five years of living in Australia, and I’d love to do some volunteering here to reconnect with my country and explore it—just like I did in Asia and all over Australia!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

In my entire life, I am now 30 years old, I have done many types of jobs and been through many challenging and personal growth experiences. When I was 26 years old I left my country, Argentina, and moved to Australia, where I am now living and where I realized how much I value being surrounded by nature.
I have a degree in Food engineering and worked in food companies for many years. So, I have a big knowledge in food science, and am very passionate in everything that is related to the food process (specially winemaking!).
I have experience in working in fruit and vegetable farms; in wineries, working as a cellar hand (just making wines!), and as a receptionist in busy hotels.
I care a lot about people and therefore, also work as a support worker. I accompany and support people with their daily activities and personal goals.
I am highly proficient in the use of administrative software and tools such as Microsoft Office. In case you need help with administrative tasks, I am a quick learner and adapt easily to new systems and technologies!
I speak fluent English and Spanish, have been swimming since I was 3 years old and consider myself a handy woman who turned her car into a house on wheels (built a bed inside) so I could easily travel all over Australia.
